As soon as pre-orders were available, I ordered him on the first day last year! I got him today and the wait was worth it! The Child came in packaging that resembles the Cradle and he is very well made! Outside of the Ewoks...this is the most adorable toy yet from the Star Wars franchise. I can´t wait until the animatronic version is delivered!

Baby Yoda is a weighted plush with a soft plastic head and hands. The actual color of doll you receive is a minty green that can easily be repainted if you would like to. First thought out of box is that this doll is well made, sturdy even. Make you want to put him or her in your car and drive around with them as your copilot. This Child doll is the best you will get for the price. Well made, Clean paint application. Wish I second one. Great job Mattel!

Who does not love Baby Yoda? This child plush is perfect, his head and hands are a soft plastic, the body is soft with pellet like beads in the bottom and he has beautiful big eyes. He is the perfect snuggle buddy or pal for any child really. He does not make any noise or need any batteries. My kids love this baby yoda. My daughter carries him everywhere she goes and back to bed with her at night. Baby Yoda is definitely a family favorite in our home.

The child is a favorite for everyone in the family! We needed two of these, kids immediately wanted it for themselves. The child has slept over in many of our beds haha. He is soft and plus on the body with a soft plastic head. My daughter loves to play with her new baby. She treats him like any other baby doll and carries him around with her, showing anyone who will look how cute he is. He fits in typical baby doll accessories, so he´s already got a bed for naps for example. His body is nice and soft, but his head is a bit hard, so its not really a sleeping toy, but otherwise it´s tip top and she couldn´t be happier with it.

The packaging looks appealing. Baby Yoda is visible and he looks so detailed. The backside of the package has the description of baby Yoda. Very easy to inbox, all you have to do is cut the back strong._x000D_ Baby Yoda looks amazing. His eyes are very realistic. His cloth is also good, looks like made from soft fabric. baby today stands on a bean bag. That is the only down side. For a 3 year old, when they see that baby Yoda doesn’t have legs, they’ll probably get scared and ask, why there are no legs. For an adult, it’s not an issue; however, the package says 3+. Overall the the product is very detailed and very nice. But I would not recommend this to a 3 year old.

It´s easy for them to stand him up for playtime which is convenient and my only issue is that I need to buy another because they love him so much! I thought baby Yoda was adorable in the Mandolorian, but couldn’t imagine the doll to be as cute. I was happily wrong! Baby Yoda has become a new member of our family. All of my kids (ages 6, 9 and 12) take turns playing with it, and he goes everywhere! _x000D_ _x000D_ The doll is soft and cuddly, and even though the head and hands are not stuffed, they are made from a soft and almost pliable plastic/rubber texture. He doesn’t have feet - the bottom is more like a bean bag which I thought would bother me, but it actually makes him more cuddly and my kids don’t care at all. _x000D_ _x000D_ His box also doubles as his little cradle/pod and of course we had to keep it. My six year old son has now become Mando and his job is to keep Baby Yoda safe. It’s my favorite toy of the year and I’m sure it will be the hot toy this Christmas.

The reason why i am not giving a full 5 stars, is because of his clothes. It feels super cheap. But, if you have a kid that loves, The Mandalorian then no one will care about how the clothes feel. It really is an amazing little doll.

The Child is very cute and realistic looking. Perfect for the Mandalorian fan. My 5 yo was very excited to play with it, but said he couldn´t snuggle with it because of it´s hard head. Our only complaint is that it is a bit top heavy, needs a bit heavier bottom to counter balance its head.

Like everybody, our family is in love with The Child from The Mandalorian. This plush is not 100% soft though. His head and hands are PVC. He’s not super cuddly, but it’s made up for in the sculpt that has yet to be perfected in any of the 100% plush ones on the market. Another upside of him is that he is like a week gated bean bag. This means he can stand on his own very well. Overall, he’s a really great plush as long as you don’t try to cuddle the head.

Star Wars´ The Mandalorian´s The Child Plush Toy that stands eleven inches tall is just too cute for words, but I´m going to try. First of all, the kids love it and haven´t put it down without me having to pry it from their hands. It´s perfect to play with, cuddle with, or just let him stand for any collectors out there. The Child Plush Toy comes displayed in the cutest cradle like and shape packaging of his levitating crib that you may be familiar with from the Disney show, The Mandalorian, where we were first introduced to this little cutie! His body is soft and cuddly with a beanbag type base for stand alone purposes. The quality and attention to detail that´s been given to this little guy is most impressive. Those big, adorable eyes makes me want to cuddle with this fabulous plush toy from Mattel and I´m the parent. My two year old loves “baby yoda” so when I saw this was finally available I had to scoop him up. My son carries his around like it’s his own baby and I cannot Waid got him to create memories with this plush toy. The plastic is soft and the plus part was some beads to weight him down so he stands up on his own. He’s perfect!

I´ve never been an avid fan of Star Wars, however "The Child" sealed my obsession with "The Mandalorian". None of the plush seemed to capture the true essence of The Child. Until now. I love this little guy. My only concern is that the hem on the bottom of the clothing seems to be undone and has loose threads, I think it might just be a mistake that happened in manufacturing and I´ll probably just fix it myself, but this is totally worth your money.

The Child plush toy is a great gift for the little Mandalorian fan in your life. My son is almost 9, and as a fan of the show, The Child was of course his favorite part, so he was thrilled to receive the plush toy version of it. He kept the box, and loves that it looks like his carrier from the show and can put him in it when he is playing. One thing to note though is that while the body is plush and soft, the head and hands are hard plastic, so it isn´t the best soft toy to snuggle with - and my son always wants to sleep with his plush toys. I don´t think they could have achieved such a realistic look that was true to the character if the head were plush though, so I understand why they did it. Overall it is a great toy, and my son loves it.

This is such a cute toy that both my 7-year-old and 13-year-old enjoyed. It is very well made and super adorable. It´s about the side of a baby doll and sort of feels like one; but it is a Yoda of course. It´s not heavy so it´s safe and comfortable for them to hold and play with. Also would be a nice collector item for Star Wars fans. Kept my kids interest for quite a while!

This plush grogu is incredibly realistic looking. It’s nice and sturdy with a plastic material for his head and a weighted bottom to keep him standing up. My kids thought he was awesome. He’s not real cuddly, but he’s great for imaginative play and for people who just want to display him.

This Star Wars The Child Plush toy is the perfect gift for a Star Wars loving child. My 4 year old daughter is obsessed with "Baby Yoda" and will carry it around instead of a regular baby doll. It doesn´t make any noise and has a nice weight to it. The quality is excellent. When siblings are at school we strap The Child into the carseat. It is a hit at our home with all of the kids. OMG, my daughter is so in love with Baby Yoda LOL. This 11in soft yoda is great for cuddling, his hands and head is made up a PVC kind of plastic I have to say it might be but not 100% sure on that. I also have to say it was not fun having Baby Yoda be thrown and hit you lol. But you got to love our youngings. We kept the box to him and my daughter says its like his personal ship, I can have him sit in and play. I have to say he is a must for any Baby Yoda fan or any age fan, as I have caught my husband trying to sneak him when our little one isnt looking lol.

My 7 year old son loves the Star Wars movies and The Mandalorian show. Ever since he saw this character on the show he points it out everywhere he goes. He was thrilled to have a Child toy of his own to carry around and play with. He didn´t let it leave his sight for days. I believe he will keep on enjoying this toy because of it´s connection to the movies and shows. It is always going to have a space in his heart even when he is done with plush toys.

I am honestly really surprised by the quality and durability of this Small Yoda toy. Not only is it super adorable but it is also really soft.
