Bought for my daughter's 40th birthday. I have a Roborock 5max and love this product so was a bit concerned that the new one would not be as good, I should not have worried it is improved and better than my robot. Great product. When I ordered the robot I did not expect it to arrive in time for her birthday, however, delivery was quick and in plenty time for her birthday. Thank you

All ok, I have my Roborock S7 it took 3 days longer to the UK (Scotland) but all was smooth. Just be aware that it will come with eu cable, so you may need to buy figure 8 cable before if you don't have one already from other devices. Overally very happy with the service I received from techinn, I hope my next orders will be smiliar. BTW. I selected the cheapest delivery option without insurance, and paid by PayPal. Thanks!

Paid in PayPal, received a few days later, I can't do without it! Detects carpets well to lift the mop and activate boost mode. Go wherever he can go. Beware of the carpet slipping or the cables lying around otherwise it's screwed ... but like all robot vacuum cleaners. Two of my friends bought the same model following my return, they are won over too! No more daily mop and broom. I run it twice a week and no complaints!

I was worried about buying through the website but because I paid through PayPal I brought the product. It’s great product overall. Helps us a lot. But I will give 4.5 stars as some is the stains are not removed while mopping. The price I got through the app was value to money. Roborock is great in vacuuming but needs more updates as it doesn’t able to workout cables and wires and always suck my iPhone charger cable … but I like it as it’s stills help alot in cleaning

Purchased via Google search as it came up as one of the lowest cost. Then added DHL courier delivery for £49.99 and insurance £10.49 (for peace of mind)total £584.96. Pleased with the vacuum cleaner so far, it navigates nicely around the corners , legs of tables and chairs. Haven’t yet tried the mop function.

I had read very negative reviews on this site, but since I could pay with paypal (a real guarantee for me), I gave it a try because the price was very good and the product was in stock. And I do not regret, because I received my roborock S7 on Saturday 23rd as expected. I only used it 3 times, but it keeps its promises, it cleans really well, I'm amazed. If he continues like this and doesn't break down early, I would be very, very satisfied. Super application and who speaks French (yes, although it is a Chinese product - French robot amoebot, speaks English !!!).
