It's a really nice vacuum cleaner. Has been hobbling around the house for a few weeks now and is quite self-reliant. You have to get rid of loose cables and long laces. Techinn delivered as agreed, a few days later than expected.

First, I have ordered the vaccum RoboRock S6 MAXV from TradeINN and its awesome with very good price. I received the order on time, in a good packaging, and perfect condetion. Second, the web is so fishy, I hade so many doubts about it and had to search through their server to make sure it legit. There was so many reviews stating they were scum and fake. I had to use credit card incase of failure of order. I will be able to get the money back from the bank. I recommand from the web to work on their web design and improve the service.

Hello, regarding Roborock. 1) the ordering and payment of all these go through smoothly. 2) the answers to the after-sales service or commercial by email nothing to say the answers are very fast. 3) On the other hand, the delivery times are 5 days late. Rather unpleasant, especially since it's a birthday present. Conclusion, I will recommend next time, but if there is still a delay, it will be my last order.
