Great watch for running. I use them in conjunction with a chest strap. Lots of settings and workout modes. You can train according to the Polar program and the watch will show every day the workout that you plan to do on that day. I didn't like that the instructions were very poor. Once, after charging, the watch refused to respond to any pressing, showed only 100% charge. I found on the Internet that they are rebooted by simultaneously pressing the four extreme buttons. After that, there were no glitches. I did not like that the vibration is weak, on the verge of sensations, you can not feel when there is some kind of active training. The strap is large and elastic, suitable for any hand.To protect the watch screen, I cut out and pasted a protective film from the old phone that remained.
