Garmin Fenix 6 PRO is a smart watch designed for multiple sports. Its 1.3 ”screen is always on, its frame is made of stainless steel. Its configuration includes an altimeter, barometer and wrist heart rate monitor.
Among the main features of the sports team is that it offers optimal adjustability even on the smallest wrists. The device is ideal for outdoor activities such as trail running, swimming, running, cycling, hiking, yoga, and skiing, among others. The inclusion of the satellite reference: multi-GNSS and outdoor sensors helps you easily find your location. Some of the metrics that you can know with its use are VO2 max adjusted for heat and altitude as well as recovery advisor.
The tracking device can be paired with the mobile for receiving messages, alerts and other notifications. The battery life can be extended through the power-saving function. Excellent sports watch. I've been using it relatively little, barely a month, but I've already been able to get a fairly good idea of its features and quality. Robust and resistant but easy and comfortable to wear on the wrist, I have not noticed any differences with the Polar heart rate monitors, for example, and I find it much more comfortable than the Suunto watches that I have also had. I use it mostly for mountain and hiking, and there it shines for the quality and reliability of the GPS, the compass and the altimeter are tools that I needed and missed (in terms of their quality) in other watches I've had. The battery life is correct and the use as a watch to monitor health parameters, control heart rate and steps is perfect. Also as a daily sports watch (walking, some sporadic running and exercises with loads). What I don't like so much is that I find navigation through the maps a bit slow, although I didn't buy the model for that utility (I hardly use it) and if they are not used, the "normal" version of the Felix 6 would perform its job perfectly. worked. Button navigation is agile and simple despite the enormous number of possibilities.I have had the Garmin Venu 2 model for a few months and there is no comparison with the Fenix, the touch screen is a very interesting addition, but it is not essential in my opinion. I would personally recommend it.

This is another Garmin equipment in my possession, so I will not dwell on the quality of services on my Garmin account, which I have already got used to;) I switched from the Forerunner 230 to fenix 6. I do not regret this decision - in every respect it is from him better (well, maybe except for the weight;)) GPS much more precise, the battery in the activity mode has a longer life, Because I have a rather narrow wrist, I was afraid that the watch would look too clunky - completely unnecessary. The watch is durable and resistant with a small caveat: a few weeks after the purchase, it fell from my hand to the floor, so that the action button was damaged. I don't know if it was bad luck or if I got a defective one. Regardless of this, the Garmin service rose to the occasion and sent me the Saphire Pro version. If I were to find any disadvantages, the price of the straps should definitely be mentioned here - even the silicone ones cost an absurd amount, which does not translate into their longevity in any way - after two years of intensive use of the watch at the latest, you will face the dilemma of buying this - the original or a replacement from China for 4 of similar quality ...Garmin, wake up;)

This watch is exactly what I was looking for for my cycling routes, hiking routes and physical training. GPS maps with turn-by-turn directions for routes are perfect.
